What are the delivery times for my order?
Our standard shipping delivery is estimated between 2-3 days. If you choose express shipping at checkout and order before 2pm you will receive this order next day via our courier service.
I bought a pair of glasses from a retailer, but they are damaged/broken. Can you replace them for me?
Please get in touch with the retailer that you purchased these products from and they will contact their OKKIA representative for you.

We advise you to click on the "Notify me when it's back in stock" button in the relevant product sheet of the desired eyewear.

Is it possible to change lenses?
Some of our customers have done this in the past, but it is always better to consult your trusted optician before proceeding with the purchase of glasses.
What are the dimensions of the glasses?
In each product sheet you can find in the photo gallery an image with the relative measurements of the glasses you are looking for.
Do the glasses have a warranty?
Yes, a two year warranty is guaranteed.

Can I pay in installments?
Yes, you can pay in three monthly installments of the same amount using the PayPal Pay in 3 Installments option. The first installment will be charged at the time of purchase, while the others will be charged in the two following months. Klarna will notify you in advance before proceeding with the charges. PayPal- Pay in 3 Installments is a completely free service, provided that the installments are paid by the due date. In case one or more installments are not paid by the set date, a late payment fee will be charged.
